Adam Yara were supposed to be slaughtered as part of the Eid al-Adha holiday.
Eid al-Adha, also called the “Festival of the Sacrifice”, is the second of two Islamic holidays celebrated worldwide each year, and considered the holier of the two.
Adam and Yara were rescued by a charming guy who decided to do a good deed and save them from a brutal practice that occurs once a year in which the villages in the Arab sector become a bloodbath of sheep, goats and cows in the name of the Festival of the Sacrifice.
Adam and Yara arrived from a filthy pen where they didn’t even have access to food. They were terrified and scared to death from humans.
They were rescued and arrived to the farm at the age of two months.
Slowly they learned to trust humans and today they both love to run wild at the farm and thay both enjoy freedom together.
