Supply of Products and Deliveries
Freedom Sanctuary Ltd. (FSL) commits to supplying the product that was purchased within 10-14 business days. Delivery of the products will be carried out by the Israel Postal Service. FSL will do everything in its power to supply in a timely fashion, however, delays not within the control of FSL may occur. The delivery will be sent to the address given by the customer at the time of ordering the product.

Return Policy
The customer is entitled to cancel a purchase for any reason whatsoever, according to the Customer Protection Law of 1981 and its bylaws. Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to info@freedom-farm.org.il, stating clearly the customer's name and order details. The customer will send the product at his expense to: Freedom Sanctuary, 10 Trietsch Street, Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv 69860 (c/o Romano Family). The Customer will send the product in its original condition and packaging without it having been used, along with the receipt or confirmation of order. Within ten business days after the product has been received by FSL, and earlier if possible, the full payment will be returned to the Customer.
Privacy
The FSL will not use the details that were given at the time of an order, except for the specific purpose of carrying out the order, unless FLS is asked to use these details by the Customer. The FSL will not violate the privacy of the Customer and will act according to the Customer Protection Law of 1981 and its bylaws. The FSL hereby confirms that the Customers' privacy will be upheld, not only by but also through the use of a secure payment systems, according to PCI-DSS Payment Security Standards.
Data Security
Charging of a credit card will be carried out through a secure PCI-DSS system. Customers' details are not kept.
Right to Change Policy and Pricing
FSL reserves the right to change the content of the website, including pricing of products, donations and terms and conditions of the site. The Customer confirms that the above stated conditions were brought to his/her attention and that neither he/she nor anyone on his/her behalf has any claim against FSL with regards to the Terms and Conditions.
