Look how agile I am! You will not believe me – but only three weeks ago I could not stand on my own. Certainly I could not walk or jump. When I arrived at the farm, I was six weeks old, very weak and gaunt. I was born in a dairy farm and after a few weeks when my condition deteriorated, they realized that I needed individual care and contacted the Freedom Farm Sanctuary.
At the Freedom Farm Sanctuary, they helped me to stand on my feet and learn how to walk. I admit I did not like the hard work, nor did I think I could succeed, but they insisted. After a while, they told me that the tendons in my back left leg were distended, I lacked vitamins, my muscles had not developed and that my front leg had collapsed. I couldn’t understand anything, because I am still little and these are words of grownups.
Then the specialists came and gave me vitamins, acupuncture treatments and physiotherapy. Lucky me! My life turned into a five star spa!
Apart from all of these luxuries, the Freedom Farm also turned to Technoleg -Technological Institute which specializes in building prostheses for people. They prepared a special brace for me. FOR ME! Can you believe it? Until a few months ago, I was a skinny, sad, crippled goat that no one cared about and look at me now! Look at how strong I am!
