Hava (“Eve” in English) was found lying on the side on a highway, dehydrated and near death. A caring man spotted the tiny black goat and rushed her to a veterinary clinic in Kfar Yona. After getting the emergency care she needed, Hava found a loving home with Or, a woman devoted to giving Hava all the love and support she needed to heal. After three months, Hava became strong and healthy and began nibbling on everything in sight. It soon became clear she was no longer fit for indoor life. Or contacted FFS, and shared the story of Hava’s rescue. We both knew immediately that we found the right home for Hava at the Freedom Farm Sanctuary.
Hava is a bubbly, trusting and loving little goat. She makes our guests laugh with her playful antics, keeps our volunteers giggling and enjoys entertaining the rest of the FFS residents with her amusing behavior.
